  • 4 large eggs

  4. Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, then gently fold in the cranberries.
  5. Scoop the batter into muffin cups and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté the spinach in a pan until wilted.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, cheese, salt, and pepper.
