Preparation

- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, instant chocolate pudding mix, and milk. Mix until well combined.
- Add the chocolate chips, sour cream, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until the batter is smooth and well blended.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before serving.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
