Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, instant chocolate pudding mix, and milk. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add the chocolate chips, sour cream, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until the batter is smooth and well blended.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
