Preparation

Sauce Preparation
- Gradually add milk while whisking to prevent lumps. Add mustard powder, salt, and pepper.
- Continue to cook until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat and stir in the cheeses until melted.
Combine and Bake
- Combine the pasta and cheese sauce in a baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix panko crumbs with a little melted butter. Sprinkle over the mac and cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.

Notes
