Ingredients
  

For the Stuffing
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese Shredded
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
For the Pickles
  • 1 jar Pickle slices Drained and patted dry
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Panko for extra crunch if desired
  • to taste Ranch or spicy dipping sauce For serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice the pickles in half and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  3. Stuff each pickle slice with the cheese mixture.
  4. Dip the stuffed pickles in breadcrumbs to coat them evenly.
Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Fry the pickles until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes per side.
  3. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Serving
  1. Serve hot with ranch or a spicy dipping sauce.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes. To customize, add spices to the filling or use different types of breadcrumbs.
