Preparation
- Wash and slice the potatoes in half.
- Using a sharp knife, carefully score the inside of the potato surface.
- In a baking dish, pour the melted butter, parmesan cheese, and seasonings into the bottom. Stir to combine and spread the paste evenly over the bottom of the baking dish.
- Add in the potato halves, with the inside of the potato facing down in the parmesan paste.
Baking
- Bake at 415° for 25 minutes.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 2-3 days. Reheat in the oven for best texture.
