- Dip each chicken breast in the egg, allowing excess to drip off, then coat with the almond flour mixture, pressing to adhere.
Cooking
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the coated chicken breasts and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Transfer to a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Serving
- Serve with marinara sauce and garnish with fresh basil if desired.
