Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine feta, cream cheese, lemon zest, and chopped parsley. Mix until creamy.
- Lay one sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface and brush lightly with melted butter. Place another sheet on top and brush again.
- Spoon a small amount of the cheese mixture along one edge of the phyllo sheet. Roll tightly into a log and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat with the remaining sheets.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- While the rolls bake, warm honey in a small saucepan over low heat and stir in chili flakes.
- Drizzle hot honey over baked rolls before serving.
Notes
Serve warm, drizzled with hot honey on a platter. These rolls can be paired with salads or cured meats. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
