Ingredients
  

Potatoes
  • 4 medium Potatoes Russet, red, or Yukon gold potatoes can be used.
Seasoning and Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil Used to coat the potatoes for crispiness.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper To taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Adds flavor to the dish.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika For color and depth of flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into even-sized wedges.
  3. In a bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well coated.
Cooking
  1. Place the potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Notes

To store leftovers, allow potatoes to cool completely, then store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the air fryer for about 5 minutes at 350°F (175°C) for best results. Avoid the microwave to prevent sogginess.
