  • 1 cup diced tomatoes (canned or fresh) Use your preference.
  • 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms You can substitute with spinach or zucchini.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic enhances flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For sautéing the garlic and mushrooms.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust based on preference.
For the Steaks
  • 2 pieces steaks (your choice of cut) Ribeye or sirloin recommended.
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional) Adds color and aroma.
  • Parmesan cheese for serving (optional) Enhances creaminess and flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and mushrooms, sauté until softened.
Making the Sauce
  1. Add diced tomatoes and heavy cream to the skillet. Stir and simmer for about 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
Cooking the Steak
  1. In a separate pan, sear the steaks to your desired doneness. Let them rest before slicing.
Combining and Serving
  1. Combine the cooked ravioli with the creamy tomato sauce. Mix gently until coated.
  2. Serve the ravioli topped with sliced steak, garnished with fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
