Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large pot, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add onion, garlic, carrots, and celery to the pot; sauté until vegetables are tender.
Cooking

  2. Add ditalini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; mix well.

Notes
