- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
Cooking
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Sear the chicken thighs for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Pour in the heavy cream and add Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, ensuring it’s coated in the sauce.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
