  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream can substitute with half-and-half for a lighter sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Sear the chicken thighs for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and add Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, ensuring it’s coated in the sauce.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Serve with steamed vegetables or a fresh salad. For heartier options, pair with mashed potatoes or rice. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
