  • 2 cups spinach Fresh or frozen for a pop of color and nutrition.
  • to taste Salt Enhances all the wonderful flavors.

  • 1/4 cup parsley, fresh and chopped Brightens the dish when sprinkled on top.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Warm a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken pieces, cooking until they’re golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Toss in minced garlic and let them cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Stir in orzo, broth, lemon juice, and zest, creating a bright, zesty base.
  5. Bring everything to a gentle boil, then reduce heat. Simmer until the orzo is tender, about 10-12 minutes.
  6. Mix in cream and spinach until everything is heated through and the spinach wilts beautifully.
  7. Sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste, enhancing all those vibrant flavors.
  8. Serve it warm, garnished with fresh chopped parsley.

Notes

For added richness, consider using grated Parmesan cheese on top. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
