Method
 

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Cook rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Preparing the Sauce
  1. In a large skillet, cook Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  2. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, stirring to combine.
  4. Bring sauce to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly.
  5. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Combining
  1. Toss the cooked rigatoni with the sauce until evenly coated.
