Cooking Chicken
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook in the skillet until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
Making Sauce
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Reduce heat to low, then pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coating with the sauce.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
