Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for cooking the chicken
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced adds flavor
  • 1 cup heavy cream makes the sauce rich and creamy
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese freshly grated is preferable
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning for added flavor
  • to taste Salt and pepper season to preference
  • to taste Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Chicken
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook in the skillet until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  3. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
Making Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  2. Reduce heat to low, then pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  3. Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
  4. Return chicken to the skillet, coating with the sauce.
  5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes

Serve over pasta or alongside mashed potatoes for a comforting meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
