Creamy Ingredients
  • 1 cup yogurt (plain or flavored) Choose your favorite flavor of yogurt.
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar Optional for sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Optional for added flavor.
Optional Add-Ins
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows Optional for texture.
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts Optional for crunch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the mixed fruit.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture over the fruit and stir gently to combine.
  4. Add mini marshmallows and chopped nuts if desired.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

It's best enjoyed fresh but will keep for 1-2 days in an airtight container. If the fruits release too much juice, drain excess liquid before serving again.
