Preparation
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and allow to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and mix well to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. If made ahead, stir before serving to refresh.
