Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the corn, bell peppers, cucumbers, and red onion.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss until well combined.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.
