Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top.
- If using, add your choice of vegetables around the chicken in the baking dish.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Serve hot with a side of mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) or in the microwave. This dish can be frozen for up to 3 months.
