Dough and Filling
  • 1 can crescent roll dough (8-count)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened) Softened at room temperature
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar Adjust for sweetness
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • optional chopped pecans or orange zest for topping Choose according to preference

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut each triangle in half.
  4. Press each half triangle into the muffin cups to form small cups.
  5. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of cream cheese filling into each dough cup, followed by another teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
  6. Optionally, sprinkle chopped pecans or orange zest on top.
Baking
  1. Bake for 11–13 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F.
