  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce Use homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup brie cheese, sliced Remove the rind for a creamier texture
  • to taste olive oil For brushing the dough
  • to taste salt and pepper For seasoning
  • to taste Fresh thyme or arugula For garnish

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven according to pizza dough instructions.
