Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into squares (approximately 4x4 inches).
- Place a small piece of brie in the center of each square.
- Spoon a small amount of cranberry sauce over the brie, then sprinkle with chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Bring the corners of the pastry square up towards the center, creating a flower shape. Pinch the edges to seal.
- Brush the tops with an egg wash made from a beaten egg.
Baking
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh cranberries if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
