Preparation
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until desired doneness, then remove and let rest before slicing.
Cooking
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Combine the tortellini and sliced steak in the sauce, mixing well to coat.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For an elegant presentation, garnish with additional Parmesan and pair with a side salad or garlic bread.
