Main Ingredients
  • 8 oz cheese-filled tortellini

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For cooking the steak.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Use more if you love garlic.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Can substitute with coconut cream for dairy-free.
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Can use Pecorino Romano or sharp cheddar for variation.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method

Preparation
  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until desired doneness, then remove and let rest before slicing.
Cooking
  1. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  3. Combine the tortellini and sliced steak in the sauce, mixing well to coat.
  4. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

For an elegant presentation, garnish with additional Parmesan and pair with a side salad or garlic bread.
