- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, and sauté until softened.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Cooking
- Add the seafood broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Old Bay seasoning, and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the crab meat and corn, and cook until heated through, about 5-10 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning if necessary, then serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
Pairs well with crusty bread, a green salad, or served over rice. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
