Ingredients
  

For the wings
  • 2 pounds chicken wings Fresh or thawed if frozen
For the cowboy butter sauce
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper Adjust to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare your air fryer.
  2. In a bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, Dijon mustard, parsley, chives, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Toss the chicken wings in the cowboy butter sauce until well coated.
  2. Arrange the wings on a baking sheet or in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or air fry at 380°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until wings are crispy and golden.
  4. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crispy wings, pat them dry before coating with sauce. You can marinate the wings in the sauce for enhanced flavor.
