Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 1 lb Chicken pieces Thighs are recommended for juiciness.
  • 1 tbsp Butter For cooking the chicken.
  • 1 tsp Salt To season the chicken.
  • 1 tsp Pepper To season the chicken.
For the Butter Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Butter Melted.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 tbsp Mustard For flavor.
  • 1 tbsp Fresh herbs Chopped (e.g., parsley, thyme).
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice For a zesty flavor.
  • to taste Hot sauce or chili flakes Optional for heat.

Method
 

Cooking the Chicken
  1. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add butter.
  2. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper, then add them to the pan.
  3. Sear until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
Making the Sauce
  1. In a separate bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic, mustard, chopped herbs, lemon juice, and hot sauce (if using).
  2. Once the chicken is cooked, toss it in the butter sauce to coat evenly.
Serving
  1. Serve hot as an appetizer or quick meal.

Notes
