Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, blend the cottage cheese until smooth.
- Add in honey or maple syrup, eggs, cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Baking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cooling and Serving
- Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or refrigerate for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze in squares, wrapped individually.
