Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup cottage cheese Blended until smooth
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Select based on preference
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond flour or flour of choice Substitutes can be used
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips Optional, for added richness

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, blend the cottage cheese until smooth.
  3. Add in honey or maple syrup, eggs, cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cooling and Serving
  1. Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or refrigerate for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze in squares, wrapped individually.
