Preparation
- In a microwave-safe bowl, add 1 cup of cottage cheese and 3 egg whites. Stir until smooth and combined.
- Mix in ½ cup of tomato sauce and ½ teaspoon of Italian seasoning or dried oregano. Stir well to distribute flavors evenly.
- Sprinkle ½ cup of shredded mozzarella evenly on top. Add any optional toppings if desired.
Cooking
- Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts and egg whites are set. Alternatively, transfer to a small skillet over medium heat or broil in the oven for a minute to melt the cheese and warm through.
Serving

Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stovetop with a splash of water or tomato sauce.
