Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Blend cottage cheese for 30-45 seconds until completely smooth. Transfer to a mixing bowl.
- Add pizza sauce, gluten-free flour, bell peppers, onions, olives, oregano, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Stir until combined.
Baking
- Transfer mixture to a 2-cup oven-safe bowl. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and arrange turkey pepperoni.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly, and pepperoni is crisped.
Serving
- Remove from oven and let cool for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil, parsley, or Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat as necessary. If mixture thickens, stir in water or more sauce.
