  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) For creaminess and a delicious melted top.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder For added flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a 9x9 inch (or similar size) baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil to prevent sticking.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, cottage cheese, spinach or mixed vegetables, shredded cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Baking
  1. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
Serving
  1. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes before slicing.
  2. Serve warm, or let it cool completely before storing in the refrigerator.
