Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
  3. Add the almond flour, baking powder, salt, and olive oil, and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into buns. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the buns are golden and firm.
  7. Let them cool before using with your favorite burger patties.

Notes
