Method
 

Preparation

Roasting

Gravy Preparation
  1. In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  2. In the same skillet, add the flour and cook until golden, then gradually stir in the chicken broth.
  3. Bring to a simmer and whisk until the gravy thickens.
Serving
  1. Serve the hens hot, drizzled with bacon gravy and garnished with fresh herbs.
