Popcorn Chicken
  • 1 24 oz package popcorn chicken Cooked to crispy perfection; feel free to use homemade or your favorite brand.
Corn
  • 1 15 oz can corn Drained and heated for sweetness; fresh or frozen corn can also be used.
Gravy
  • 1 pkg beef gravy Cooked according to package instructions; try a homemade version for a personal touch.
Cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese Melts beautifully on top for that gooey goodness everyone loves!

Preparation
  1. Follow the package instructions for the instant mashed potatoes. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can make homemade mashed potatoes for a richer taste.
  2. Prepare your popcorn chicken according to the package directions until it’s golden and crispy.
  3. Drain your can of corn and heat it on the stove or in the microwave until warmed through.
  4. Follow the instructions on the package to prepare the beef gravy.
Assembly
  1. In a bowl, start by adding a generous scoop of mashed potatoes at the bottom.
  2. Layer in the crispy popcorn chicken, followed by a scoop of corn, a generous pour of gravy, and top it off with shredded cheddar cheese.
Cooking
  1. Place the assembled bowls under the broiler for a minute or two to melt the cheese, or simply let the warmth of the other ingredients do the trick.
