- Prepare your popcorn chicken according to the package directions until it’s golden and crispy.
- Drain your can of corn and heat it on the stove or in the microwave until warmed through.
- Follow the instructions on the package to prepare the beef gravy.
Assembly
- In a bowl, start by adding a generous scoop of mashed potatoes at the bottom.
- Layer in the crispy popcorn chicken, followed by a scoop of corn, a generous pour of gravy, and top it off with shredded cheddar cheese.
