  • 1 cup whole milk Can be replaced with almond milk for a vegan version.
  • 3/4 cup sugar Adjust based on coconut milk sweetness or use substitutes.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For enhanced flavor.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, whole milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn it for about 25 minutes, or until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
  3. Transfer the churned ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours, allowing it to harden fully.

Notes

Serve chilled and consider topping with toasted coconut flakes, fresh pineapple, or chocolate sauce. Store in an airtight container and consume within two weeks for best quality.
