  • 1 cup corn muffin mix
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the corn, cream-style corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter.
  3. Mix until well combined. If using, stir in the shredded cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
Baking
  1. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
