Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and melted butter until crumbly.
- In another bowl, whisk together the sour cream, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking dish.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Glazing
- Allow to cool, then in a small bowl, mix powdered sugar and milk to make the glaze. Drizzle over the cooled bars.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days at room temperature, or refrigerate for a week. For longer storage, freeze before glazing for up to 3 months.
