Churning

- In the final moments of churning, sprinkle in the chopped walnuts and dark chocolate chips, mixing well.
Freezing
- Transfer the ice cream into an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
Notes
For best quality, store in an airtight container in the freezer. Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes if it hardens too much. Avoid storing in the freezer door, which has fluctuating temperatures.
