  • 1.25 cups granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs

  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Cream the butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.

Baking

Frosting
  1. To make the frosting, beat the softened butter, then add powdered sugar, vanilla, and cream until smooth and spreadable.
  2. Frost the cooled bars, add sprinkles on top, slice into squares, and serve.
