  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure it's fully softened for easier mixing.
  • 16 oz chocolate (milk or dark), melted Use a double boiler or microwave for melting.
  • as needed festive sprinkles for topping Use any colorful sprinkles for decoration.

Preparation
  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese until well combined.
  3. Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for about 30 minutes.
Coating
  1. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  2. Place the dipped balls back on the parchment paper and immediately sprinkle with festive toppings.
  3. Refrigerate until set, then serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week or freeze for up to two months. Thaw in the fridge before serving.
