  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For finishing
  • Powdered sugar for dusting
  • Sprinkles for decoration

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, cream cheese, and butter until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  4. Use a cookie scoop to drop dough balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
  1. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  3. Dust with powdered sugar and add sprinkles before serving.

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-5 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
