Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, 1/4 cup cranberry sauce, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
Cooking
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- In a small saucepan, mix the remaining cranberry sauce and BBQ sauce over medium heat until warm.
- Toss the cooked meatballs in the sauce and serve warm as an appetizer.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave until warmed through.
