Preparation
- In a bowl, mix together the nuts, dried fruits, and rice cereal.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Add honey and vanilla extract to the melted chocolate and mix well.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the nut and fruit mixture, stirring until everything is evenly coated.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour the mixture into it, spreading it evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until firm.
- Once set, cut into bars and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or refrigerate for up to two weeks.
