Burger Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef Use fresh ground beef for the best flavor.
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce Can be substituted with barbecue sauce or spicy ketchup.
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese Feel free to substitute with your favorite cheese.
  • 4 pieces hamburger buns Toast until golden brown.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Season to preference.
  • as needed Lettuce and tomato Optional for topping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper and form it into 4 patties.
Cooking
  1. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the desired doneness is reached. Ensure the internal temperature is at least 160°F for ground beef.
  2. During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt.
  3. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.
Assembly
  1. Assemble the burgers by placing the melted patty on the bun, adding a generous spoonful of cranberry sauce, and topping with lettuce and tomato if desired.
  2. Serve warm and enjoy the festive flavors!

Notes

Serve with sweet potato fries or a fresh garden salad. Offer different toppings for customization. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
