Ingredients
  

For the Bread Pudding
  • 1 loaf crusty bread, cubed
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • to taste Salt and pepper
For the Cinnamon Rolls
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 package instant yeast
  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • Cream cheese frosting for drizzling
For the Fruit Salad
  • 2 cups diced strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 Juice of 1 orange
For Beverages
  • to taste Freshly brewed coffee or hot chocolate
  • to taste Sparkling water with lemon slices

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in the bread cubes, cheese, spinach, and bell pepper until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and yeast.
  6. Pour in the warm milk and melted butter, then add the egg. Mix until a dough forms.
  7. Roll out the dough on a floured surface, sprinkle with cinnamon, and roll it up. Slice into rolls.
  8. Place the rolls in a baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
Baking
  1. Bake the bread pudding at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes.
  2. Bake the cinnamon rolls for 15-20 minutes. Drizzle with cream cheese frosting once cooled.
Fruit Salad
  1. In another bowl, combine all the fruit and drizzle with fresh orange juice. Toss gently.
Serve
  1. Set your table with the delicious spread.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container. Bread pudding stays fresh in the refrigerator for 3-4 days; cinnamon rolls best enjoyed within 2-3 days but can be frozen for up to a month. Consume fruit salad within a day for freshness.
