Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in the bread cubes, cheese, spinach, and bell pepper until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and yeast.
- Pour in the warm milk and melted butter, then add the egg. Mix until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface, sprinkle with cinnamon, and roll it up. Slice into rolls.

Baking
- Bake the bread pudding at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes.
- Bake the cinnamon rolls for 15-20 minutes. Drizzle with cream cheese frosting once cooled.
Fruit Salad
- In another bowl, combine all the fruit and drizzle with fresh orange juice. Toss gently.
