Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Filling
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
Topping
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 8x8 inch baking dish.
  2. In another bowl, mix peanut butter until smooth and spread it over the graham cracker base.
  3. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until just simmering; remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer.
Chilling
  1. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set. Cut into bars and serve.

Notes

Serve chilled, topped with whipped cream or chocolate sauce. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Freeze for up to 2 months if needed.
