Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 8x8 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix peanut butter until smooth and spread it over the graham cracker base.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until just simmering; remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer.
Chilling
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set. Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
Serve chilled, topped with whipped cream or chocolate sauce. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Freeze for up to 2 months if needed.
