Ingredients
  

Pasta and Veggies
  • 8 ounces spaghetti Cook according to package instructions.
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
Dressing and Toppings
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated For added flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing Adjust based on taste preference.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, black olives, bell pepper, and red onion.
  3. Add the Italian dressing and toss until everything is well coated.
  4. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Chilled Spaghetti Salad is great for meal prep and can be made ahead of time. You can adjust the veggies and dressing based on your preference. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
