Cooking
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and slightly charred.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Serving
- Serve the sliced chicken in pita bread or flatbreads with fresh vegetables, and drizzle garlic sauce on top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley.
