Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the chicken mixture into a pizza shape about 1/2 inch thick.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and firm.
- Remove from the oven, add pizza sauce and your desired toppings.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the toppings are cooked and cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve.
Notes
For a crispier crust, bake it a few extra minutes before adding toppings. You can also broil for the last minute of baking.
