Crust Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Use rotisserie chicken for convenience or leftover grilled chicken for extra flavor.
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 ea egg Can be substituted with a flax egg.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper
Toppings
  • Pizza sauce
  • Toppings of your choice (e.g., vegetables, meats, additional cheese)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the chicken mixture into a pizza shape about 1/2 inch thick.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and firm.
  2. Remove from the oven, add pizza sauce and your desired toppings.
  3. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the toppings are cooked and cheese is melted.
  4. Slice and serve.

Notes

For a crispier crust, bake it a few extra minutes before adding toppings. You can also broil for the last minute of baking.
