Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish along with broccoli florets and cherry tomatoes.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  2. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.

Notes

Ensure chicken breasts are of even thickness for uniform cooking. Consider marinating the chicken in the seasoning for extra flavor. For a crispy finish, broil for the last couple of minutes.
