- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced avocado, ranch dressing, and shredded cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Warm the tortillas on a skillet or in the microwave until they are soft and pliable.
- Lay a tortilla flat and add a portion of the chicken and avocado mixture. Top with shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go to keep the filling inside.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling until all are prepared.
- Serve immediately or wrap in foil to keep warm if you’re not ready to enjoy them right away.
Notes
Serve with a side of salsa, guacamole, or sour cream for dipping. These burritos can also be cut into smaller pieces and served as an appetizer.
