  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese For extra gooiness, add mozzarella cheese.
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking sheet with olive oil.

  3. Mix everything until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small nugget shapes and place them on the baking sheet.
Baking

  2. Let them cool before serving.
Storage
  1. To store, let them cool completely, then place in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
